The Brief
Norm Santos was stepping onto a panel at Startup Weekend Raleigh — and he knew follow-up meetings would come. People would search ZeroCopy Labs before they shook hands. The existing brand had good bones but nothing pulled together into a coherent web presence. ScaleCraft worked within the existing identity system and built a site that looked intentional, professional, and ready for whatever conversations came next.
